Plans, credits and billing
Billing is per server and managed from the dashboard. New servers can claim a 30-day Premium trial.
Plans
VantaSupport has four tiers: Free, Pro, Premium, and Enterprise. Higher tiers raise limits and unlock features such as transcript hosting, inactivity auto-close, and analytics (Pro and up); SLA targets and per-channel AI tone (Premium and up); and the branded bot (Premium and up). You can change or cancel any time; a downgrade asks for confirmation first.
AI credits
AI answering draws from a monthly credit allowance set by your plan, which resets each billing period. If you run out before the reset, buy one-time top-up packs from the Billing page. Remaining credits and usage are shown there.
Whitelabel (branded bot)
On Premium and Enterprise you can run VantaSupport under your own bot token, so it appears with your own name, avatar, and status, with no VantaSupport branding. Connect it from the Branded bot page.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Invoices are available on the Billing page.
