Use them as slash commands or with your server prefix. Owners pick which are enabled and set the prefix from the dashboard.

Most of VantaSupport needs no commands

AI replies, AutoMod, anti-raid, verification, welcome flows, auto-roles, reaction roles, scheduled messages, and streamer alerts all run automatically. You configure them once in the dashboard, no commands to memorize.

Tickets & support

Run inside a ticket. Most ticket actions are also buttons on the panel.
/close [reason]

Close the current ticket.

/reopen

Reopen a closed ticket.

/escalate

Hand the ticket to a higher support tier.

/claim

Claim a ticket so others know you have it.

/unclaim

Release a ticket you claimed.

/suggest [question]Premium

AI drafts a reply from your knowledge base. Send, edit, or discard it.

/reply <name>Pro

Insert a saved canned response.

Moderation

A full mod toolkit with a case system, warn ladder and temp actions.
/ban <user> [duration] [reason]

Ban a member, optionally temporarily.

/unban <user> [reason]

Lift a ban.

/kick <user> [reason]

Kick a member.

/mute <user> <duration> [reason]

Timeout a member.

/unmute <user> [reason]

Remove a timeout.

/warn <user> <reason>

Warn a member (feeds the warn ladder).

/warnings <user>

List a member's warnings.

/cases <user>

View a member's case history.

/case <number>

View one case.

/note <user> <text>

Add a private staff note.

/editcase <number> <reason>

Edit a case's reason.

/revokecase <number> [reason]

Revoke a case.

/purge <amount> [user]

Bulk-delete recent messages.

/slowmode <seconds>

Set channel slowmode.

/lock [reason]

Lock or unlock the channel.

Reminders

The bot DMs members when a reminder is due. One-off or recurring.
/remindme <time> <text>

Set a reminder (e.g. 2h, tomorrow 9am).

/reminders

List your active reminders.

/delreminder <number>

Cancel a reminder.

/timezone <zone>

Set your timezone for reminders.

/afk [reason]

Mark yourself away; the bot notes mentions.
