We are building the bot we wished we had when running our own communities.
VantaSupport started as a side project to keep a Discord community alive without losing our weekends. We are still early. This page is what we are building and why.
From one tired moderator to a service built around server life.
VantaSupport exists because the existing tooling did not match the way communities actually run.

The first prototype
We were moderating a Discord community after work. The tooling we wanted did not exist, so we built a brittle version of it for our own server.
- 2026 · Early
Multi-tenant rebuild
Friends running other communities asked for access. We turned the brittle prototype into a real multi-tenant service that could be safely shared.
- 2026 · Now
Early access
Opening to a small group of communities. Most of what ships next will be shaped by what they tell us.
Four things we keep coming back to.
Communities first
Every product decision starts with the question: does this help an exhausted server admin sleep better tonight? If the answer is no, we cut it.
Honest defaults
No dark patterns, no surprise charges, no fake scarcity. The free plan does real work and the paid plans earn their price by saving you hours.
Quiet machinery
The bot should be the most useful thing in your server and the easiest to forget about. We measure ourselves on the time it gives back, not the screen time it steals.
Server-shaped privacy
Your members did not sign up to train a model. Every row in the database is scoped to your server, sub-processors are listed in plain text, and you can export or delete everything from a single screen.
Quiet, written, and honest.
Async by default
We work in writing, let people sleep, and keep meetings short. Most decisions land in a doc anyone can comment on instead of a call nobody remembers.
Customers in the loop
Every Friday we share what shipped, what slipped, and what we are working on next. Early-access customers help shape what gets built before it ships.
No growth at any cost
We are not racing anyone to a billion users. We charge a fair price, we keep a free plan that does real work, and we say no to feature requests that would dilute the product.
