Slash commands are not showing up

The bot was added without the applications.commands scope. Re-invite it using the install link from your dashboard (it requests both bot and applications.commands), then give Discord a minute to register the commands in your server.

The AI is not replying

Two common causes. Either the server is out of monthly credits (the bot pauses AI until your next reset, and you can top up or upgrade), or the question falls outside your knowledge base, in which case the bot refuses politely without spending a credit. Open the AI page in your dashboard to check credits and what it knows.

Replies are not being sent, only drafted

A reply ships only when its confidence is above your threshold (default 0.70). Lower-confidence answers are posted as drafts in your review channel with Approve, Edit, and Reject buttons. Lower the threshold or add knowledge so the AI is more certain.

My branded bot is stuck on Connecting

Open your bot in the Discord Developer Portal and enable the Message Content and Server Members privileged intents, then make sure the bot is added to the server where you have Premium. The branded bot only runs in servers tied to your plan.

Tickets will not open

Check that the panel has been posted to a channel, that the bot can see and manage the category the ticket type opens under, and that the ticket type has at least its label set. The panel builder shows a live preview of exactly what members will see.

A moderation action did not fire

The bot can only act below its own role in the role hierarchy, and it never actions itself or other bots. Move the VantaSupport role above the roles you want it to manage, and confirm the relevant module is enabled in Moderation settings.
